What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email address, project details and any photos you choose to send. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The website uses a single essential cookie to keep the enquiry form secure.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where we need to in order to do the work (for example a supplier) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll help.
